The EMT whom Heather Locklear allegedly attacked last week has hired a personal injury lawyer, according to TMZ.
The EMT claims to have suffered serious injuries at Locklear’s hands and has accepted the legal services of attorney Kevin Flahavan. The woman has been reassigned to desk duty because of head and neck injuries, TMZ reported.
As Page Six previously reported, police took the actress into custody at her home and booked her on two counts of misdemeanor battery upon an officer and emergency personnel, after authorities initially responded to a disturbance call at the house. This was her second arrest for battery of deputies.
