Paris Jackson says a tweet on her grandfather Joe Jackson‘s verified Twitter account did not come from him.
“This is a beautiful tweet,” she wrote Sunday of a message alluding to Joe’s reported terminal cancer battle.
“Though it upsets me to see whoever is in charge of this account taking advantage of it,” Paris, 20, continued. “My grandfather did not tweet this. I’m not sure if he’s ever used this account.”
When her Twitter followers asked for more details, Paris added, “I was with him there’s no possible way for him to have tweeted it,” going on to indicate that she spent “all afternoon and evening” with her grandfather.
The daughter of the late Michael Jackson also shared love for her family, writing, “blessed to have a family that comes together the way the Jacksons do” and “thank you all for the love you’ve sent during this time.”
