Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were visited by police when they took their five children out to dinner on Friday, marking the third time in nine days that authorities have been in contact with the couple. Us Weekly reports that officers spoke to the two at Black Bear Diner in Tarzana, California. They also escorted the family out of the restaurant. Spelling appeared to be taking photos during the ordeal. It’s been a tumultuous month for Spelling and McDermott. Police were first called to their home on March 1 after someone called 911 to report a verbal dispute. McDermott called 911 on March 11 to request that someone check on his wife’s well-being.
