Harvey Weinstein makes statement, daughter calls 911 & he checks into rehab!

Harvey Weinstein's 22-year-old daughter Remy called 911 on Wednesday morning to report that her father was "suicidal and depressed." Authorities say that Weinstein was at Remy's Los Angeles home when their argument spilled onto a street. He shouted, "You're making it worse!" and attempted to flag down a random vehicle driving past so he could get a ride. She convinced him to go back inside the house and police showed up shortly after at 10:30 a.m. TMZ reports that once officers arrived, Remy changed her tune and told them that Weinstein hadn't made any suicidal statements. She then claimed they were merely having a family dispute. Remy, formally known as Lily, is one of Weinstein's three children with ex-wife Eve Chilton.

TMZ is reporting that Harvey Weinstein left the Van Nuys, California, airport in a private jet on Wednesday and headed to Arizona, where it's rumored he might be getting treatment at the Meadows rehab center. The publication was able to confirm the disgraced movie executive is getting inpatient treatment, but not definitively whether it will be at Meadows, which has a 45-day inpatient sex rehab program called Gentle Path. The paparazzi also caught him on the way to the airport outside his house, where he talked about how he's feeling. "I’m not doing okay, but I’m trying," he said in a video filmed by TMZ. "I gotta get help. We all make mistakes—second chance, I hope. I’ve always been loyal to you guys, not like those f**king pricks who treat you like s**t. I’ve been a good guy.”

Harvey Weinstein has spoken out about his wife Georgina Chapman leaving him following a series of rape and sexual assault allegations made against him by scores of Hollywood actresses. "I am profoundly devastated. I have lost my wife and kids, whom I love more than anything else" he tells Page Six. "I fully support her decision. I didn’t stand in Georgina’s way when we discussed a separation, I encouraged her to do what was in her heart. I know she has to do what is best for the children, for herself and her business, she employs 130 people. I don’t want her or my children to be hurt any more than they already have. I truly love Georgina, and I hope one day we can reconcile, although right now I don’t know if that could possibly happen." The 65-year-old producer and 41-year-old Marchesa designer have been married for 10 years and have two children together, 7-year-old India Pearl and 4-year-old Dashiell Max Robert.

On Instagram Wednesday, model/actress Cara Delevingne accused disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of trying to coax her into a three-way after welcoming her into a “meeting” in his hotel room, where another woman was prepared to get it on. Delevingne, however, wasn’t: She said she randomly broke into song and managed to escape the situation, but not before Weinstein—for whom Delevingne has filmed two movies—tried to force a kiss on her. “I was so hesitant about speaking out; I didn't want to hurt his family,” explains Delevingne, who adds that the encounter made her feel like she didn’t deserve the roles she was awarded in Weinstein’s films. “I felt guilty, as if I did something wrong. I was also terrified that this sort of thing had happened to so many women I know, but no one had said anything because of fear.”
