In a startling new L.A. Times article, five women have come forward to accuse Golden Globe winner James Franco of sexual misconduct. The cinematic chameleon's accusers include four former acting students of his, as well as a woman he mentored and had a mostly consensual relationship with. That woman, Violet Paley, is the one who, after Franco won a Golden Globe for his turn in The Disaster Artist, tweeted about being forced to administer oral sex on him in a car.Another post-Globes tweeter, Sarah Tither-Kaplan, details how Franco removed plastic protectors from actress' vaginas and simulated oral sex on several women during an orgy scene in one of his movies. Franco--who, through a rep, denies all accusations (mirroring his remarks on The Late Show Tuesday)--also reportedly got upset when some actresses refused to go topless during a shoot at a strip club. According to actress Katie Ryan, Franco “would always make everybody think there were possible roles on the table if we were to perform sexual acts or take off our shirts." Hours after the allegations were published, Franco skipped the Critics Choice Awards ceremony--where we won Best Actor in a Comedy for The Disaster Artist.
