Five women who have accused Bill Cosby of sexual misconduct will be allowed to testify at his upcoming retrial in Pennsylvania on sexual assault charges. Montgomery County Judge Steven O’Neill ruled Thursday that the five women will be able to take the stand as prosecutors aim to prove a pattern of sexual misconduct. The 80-year-old Cosby stands accused of drugging and molesting former Temple University basketball coach Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004. His first trial ended in a hung jury last year. “It shows how desperate they are,” Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt told NBC News about the new witnesses. “This is a very weak case. Mr. Cosby is innocent of these charges.” The retrial is set to begin on April 2.
